I really hope you love your order, BUT if for some reason you want to return it, please get in touch within 21 days.
As soon as I receive the item back, in its original condition and packaging I will issue you a refund.
- The return order should be securely packaged, to ensure a full refund.
- Refunds normally take 2-10 days to process & in rare cases up to 24 days.
- All return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
- Personalised prints are non-returnable and can not be exchanged.
Replacement/Refunds
In the (very) rare event of your order getting lost or damaged in the mail a replacement/refund will be available. Please note, notification of any loss or damages need to be reported to Carla Gebhard within 24hours of delivery.
Please get in touch within 21 days of receiving your order, with the order number and relevant photos.
If your order was damaged in the mail, please also include photos of the packaging.
All returns can only be accepted if they are returned in their original state. New and sealed packaging.
Watercolour Workshops
Workshops are non refundable, but I understand life gets in the way sometimes. So you are more than welcome to re-schedule for another time to suit you - 48 hours notice required prior to your Watercolour Workshop.

My husband treated us to Carla's Watercolour Workshop for Beginners as a Valentine Present. It was a great environment to work in and Carla has such a lovely teaching style. She is gentle and encouraging but also able to give clear guidance in how to start using watercolours. I have struggled to use paints for many years and came away having more clarity and confidence in using them. Highly recommended.

She gentles nurtures you into believing you can create - no need for perfection - just allowing things to flow.
